Insurance
Every hire is complete with fully comprehensive insurance with Allianz.
Damage deposit is £750 and is fully refunded on return, subject to no damage found.

Breakdown Cover

Sleeping
Terri is a 4 berth campervan.
The back seats easily fold down to create a comfortable “rock ‘n roll” bed .
Above, the pop top roof hosts another 2 person sleeping area.
Dining
The van is also equipped with a collapsible interior dining table, outside table and 2 camping chairs.
Cooking
Cook yourself some breakfast or boil a kettle with the integrated 2 burner hob. Every hire is complete with gas to get you cooking.
There’s also a 50L fridge with freezer compartment to keep your food fresh.
Cleaning
There’s even a sink with running water, those dishes won’t clean themselves…
Included in a range of cleaning products, towels and sponges to keep you going.
Electrical Hook-Up
We provide a 25m power extension cord for use when on campsites.
When powered, this charges the van’s batteries and also gives mains power supply in the cabin
Staying Warm
Terri has an independent diesel heater located in the main cabin which heats up the van in no time.
Driveaway Awning
This large driveaway awning is perfect for relaxing on site or giving yourself extra storage.
It’s easy to assemble and detach from van when needed.

Bedding Package
We can provide a full bedding package which includes duvets and pillows for everyone.

FAQ's
Is there any restrictions for driving the van?
- Drivers must be aged 25 to 75 years of age at time of rental (under 25’s can be referred to the insurer for approval).
- Full UK licence must be held for minimum 24 months.
- Drivers must have no more than one motoring accident or claim in the last 3 years.
- Drivers must not have been convicted of any motoring offences or pending prosecutions other than parking or one speeding offence.
- Drivers must not have any more than one, 3 point conviction. (If you have more the 3 points, we can check with insurer)
How many miles can I travel?
We offer unlimited mileage on all hires!
Travel is only permitted in UK.
Note: our van is equipped with a tracker for insurance purposes.
How many people can travel in the van?
There is 4 seats in total and room for 4 people to sleep.
The pop-top bed is best suitable for kids but still comfortable for adults.
We’d love to see you travel with your furry friends too. Dogs welcome!
Where is the van located and what time is pick-up/drop-off?
We are based just off the A90, Upper Victoria junction at Carnoustie.
Pick-up time is from 12:00 and drop-off the same.
Depending on previous and upcoming bookings, we can be flexible to suit your trips agenda.
Is there some where to leave my car when away?
Yes of course! We are situated in a quiet spot in the countryside, just outside Carnoustie. There is a secure space for your car whilst you enjoy your trip.
Do I need a special licence to drive the van?
Nope! As long as you hold a full manual driver’s licence (B) you’re all set.
Sure, the van is slightly bigger than your average car but you’ll be surprised at how “car like” it feels to drive. The 2.0L diesel engine and 5 speed gearbox makes for an easy handling and comfortable drive.
How can I book?
Easy! Just get in touch! You can call, WhatsApp, drop us an email or fill out the booking form on here and we’ll send you all the details.
Once availability is confirmed, we will hold the dates for 5 days whilst we await the initial deposit.
The initial deposit (non-refundable) is £100 for hires 6 nights or less and £200 for hires over 7 night or more.
The remaining balance must be paid within 21 days of hire start date and damage deposit paid within 5 working days.
The hirer/driver must be the person who makes and pays for the booking.
Do I have to pay a security deposit?
Yes, for drivers aged 25-75 the damage deposit is £750.
This must be paid within 7 days of hire start date and will be refunded within 24 hours of van return, subject to no damage found.
If paying insurance damage deposit by credit or debit card, a 1.5% fee will apply on refund at end of hire.
Refunds by credit or debit card can take up to 10 days to show on your account.
There is no fee for bank transfer payment refunds, and refunds are instant via BACS.
What payment methods do you accept?
We can take payment via bank transfer, credit or debit card.
We normally send secure payment links to pay by card, however you can also call us to make payment over phone.
Please note that when paying insurance damage deposit by credit or debit card, a 1.5% fee will apply on refund and refunds can take up to 10 days to show on your account.
Good news, there is no fees for bank transfer payment refunds, and these refunds are instant via BACs.
What if I need to cancel my booking?
Unfortunately, things happen, we get it! If you need to cancel or rearrange get in touch as soon as possible.

If the hire is cancelled and a refund is due, a 1.5% fee will apply if paid by credit or debit card.
There is no fee for bank transfer payment refunds, and the refunds are instant via BACS.
